Células CAR-T y Células-Tronco: Sinergia Terapêutica e Revolução na Medicina Regenerativa

Resumen

En las últimas décadas la terapia celular ha demostrado numerosos avances, entre ellos se destaca la inmunoterapia das CAR-T juntamente con células troncales en diferentes áreas, por ejemplo: neoplasias, enfermedades autoinmunes y enfermedades crónicas infecciosas como el VIH/SIDA. Su capacidad sinérgica emerge como una alternativa de intervención para patologías refractarias en relaciones a tratamientos convencionais abriendo espacio para una gama de nuevas posibilidades. Devido a esto, este artículo tem como objetivo evidenciar a través de una revisión literaria de los aspectos prácticos de la utilización de las células CAR-T, como posibilidades de aplicación en conjunto de estas con células-tronco y su potencial en terapia celular. Para este estudio foram realizado buscas nas siguientes bases de datos: PubMed, Scielo e ScienceDirect, utilizados os descritores “Car-t cell and mesenchymal stem cell”; “Células madre mesenquimales y cart-t”; “Células autoinmunes y madre; VIH y CAR-T junto con células madre”; “Aplicabilidad de las células car-t en células madre mesenquimales”. Los artículos presentan beneficios en la relación con el uso de células troncales con CAR-T a partir de una mejor capacidad antitumoral y aún proporcionan una defensa imunológica natural del organismo. Apesar esto, algunas limitaciones y vistas como baja persistencia y alto costo de producción, fazendo-se necessários mais estudios sobre un tema e inversiones para establecer su aplicación terapéutica.
